I realize this is a hard time for all of us with our worries over our health, our families, the economy and what will happen in the future. I know you, like the rest of us, may be feeling stressed out, anxious, depressed, and weary. As a mental health practitioner, I aim to do my best to continue to provide services for existing clients, and open up options for anyone else who may need it. To this end, I will be offering remote sessions for counseling, Reiki energy work, yoga exercises, and EMDR services. Please visit the Services Offered page of this website for more information on each of these. Again, you do not have to be an existing client nor have previously received any therapeutic services from myself or anyone else to take part in these services. I want to do my best to be there for as many people as may need it.

Important Information:

1) If your insurance covers out of network benefits: many companies are waving the telehealth restrictions for now, so you can get your money back for any of these services provided. Please contact your insurance provider for more information.

2) If you do not have insurance and/or are struggling financially at this time, I am offering discounts based on need. Please email me at williamskathleen1958@gmail.com.

3) If you are seeking EMDR services for anxiety and trauma at this time, know that this does not in anyway interfere with any existing or ongoing therapy services, but instead supports them. You do not need to do this in conjunction with talk therapy, and you do not need to be an existing client of mine to receive this or any other service.

4) You are more than welcome to seek any of these services individually, or in combination. For example, you may contact me to provide only yoga strategies for anxiety, depression, and/or trauma, or you can ask for this in conjunction with EMDR or talk therapy. Please just let me know what you are interested in, and we can come up with a plan.

5) I am also a Reiki provider and can do distance calls for this service as well. Please inquire for more details.
