Services include individual sessions, group sessions, workshops, retreats, and professional supervision. I am available to run groups on a variety of topics including grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse, and Life-Force Yoga techniques for therapists, counselors, and clinicians. Having trained at the doctoral level, I am available for Professional Consultation/Supervision in counseling topics of interest. For individuals in companies, schools, yoga studios, and other community centers, I am available to consult with in regards to utilizing yogic tools in these settings and in discussing where this may be appropriate. I am also available for larger presentations on yogic tools for greater life skills, trauma recovery, and grief/loss in survivors (shootings, suicide, sudden death etc).

Pricing, Cancellation Fees, etc

Individual sessions:

Free 15 MIN telephone consult, becomes billable after 15 min. based on a pro-rated hourly fee.

ALL sessions, whether in-person, virtual, or over the phone are assessed on a $165-$200 sliding scale fee based on services provided, income, and other factors. The rate will be discussed during our first meeting

Weekly group sessions

Per week, per person: $50

Cancellation fees

I will happily reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if there has been more than 24 hours notice of the cancellation. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a $50 charge due at next appointment. In the case of a no-notice no-show, you will be charged half of what would have been your session price, due at next appointment.
